WAR...
As many of us already know, Corporal Cheung Raymond USMC, was activated earlier this week from his unit. Tomorrow Ray will be leaving on the USS Ashland as part of 8,000 active-duty and Reserve Marines, part of a massive buildup of Marine forces headed for a possible war with Iraq. Ray is now part of the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade (2nd MEB). Ray Adam and I grew up together, we have been friends since the 4th grade at Highland Oaks, we went to Foothills Jr high together and graduated Arcadia High together. We joined the Marine Corps in 97 our senior yr. On June 15th 1998, 2 days after our HS graduation, we shipped to Marine Corps Recruit Depo San Diego, boot camp. There we got placed into Alpha training company and was part of platoon 1091, 1st Battalion. Some can say the we are jinxed cuz we graduated boot camp and Sept 11th 1998, EXACTLY 3 yrs b 4 911. Below are some pics of our boot camp graduation.

I wish Ray the best of luck and it will be prob. just a matter of time b 4 adam and i get activated. Semper Fi Ray, stay low shoot straight and kill the fking ragheads.
